Effective Immediately- All City Facilities Closed to the Public

Mayor Svante L. Myrick has just issued the following statement:

"In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, members of the public will no longer be allowed in City Hall or any other city facility.  This will be effective immediately.

This step will help slow the transmission of the virus, and buy our medical community the time it needs to prepare."

City offices will experience reduced staffing but will continue to conduct business through remote measures such as phone, and e-mail.  You can find contact information for City departments here:
