Cecil A. Malone Bridge Ribbon Cutting
The City of Ithaca is excited to announce the reopening of the Cecil A Malone Dr. Bridge and will be holding an official ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday, May 15, 2023, at 11:00 AM.
This project replaced the structurally deficient bridge with a new structure featuring a wider bridge cross-section to accommodate heavy industrial traffic, pedestrians, and bicycle traffic. These improvements help to preserve access to the city's industrial park, business, and local communities.
